We are hiring a Staff Nurse for Wexford, Galway, Mayo, Dublin, Wicklow, Clare & Louth. This job is for someone wanting to join a busy, well-established nursing home group.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Offer clinical guidance, supervision, and leadership to care staff.
- Promote independence while ensuring dignity and respect in all care practices.
- Assist with inspections and audits to uphold and improve care standards.
- Take on the role of Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Nursing qualification
- Registered with An Bord Altranais (valid PIN)
- Relevant certifications or willingness to obtain (Infection Control, CPR, etc.)
- Strong commitment to quality patient care
- Nursing home experience preferred
- Flexible for day, night & weekend shifts
- Must hold an active Nursing PIN
- For non-EEA candidates: must have a Stamp 4/Spouse or be an EU/EEA citizen/General permit
